Python programming camp for young women entering or in high school -- a great opportunity from our friends in the Computer Science Department at the U of MN.  2 week camp begins June 15.  Only $75 thanks to donor support.   More info and register here.

BDPA Academy - Community-based Youth Technology Training 
For middle-school and high-school students grades 8th-12th interesting in technology and application development.  (from the Black Data Processing Association)  REGISTER HERE.    More info here.
Classes are designed for beginning students with an interest in computers but don't really know what direction they want to go in. They should be excited about technology - "in general" - and will learn the basics of application development by learning HTML, CSS, & some JavaScript. There will be a significant of other topics that are covered in our free classes related to Information Technology, college education, professional development, basic skills, & more. The courses are free and led by IT professionals, experienced developers and experts at locations near you!
