Dive into youth-centered challenges focused on creating new things with computer science.
#CStoGoChallengeSelf-Paced Computer Science Learning
CSToGo was originally created during the pandemic to help students keep exploring computer science from home. Today, these lessons continue to offer flexible, self-paced activities for students, families, and educators looking for approachable ways to learn and create with technology.
Each lesson includes a recorded video challenge designed to introduce computer science concepts through creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on making. Some activities use coding platforms like Scratch, App Inventor, Thunkable, or Python, while others are unplugged and can be completed without a screen.
Whether you are learning at home, extending classroom activities, or looking for a beginner-friendly introduction to computer science, CSToGo offers a simple way to get started.
Getting Started
To make getting started with CSToGo challenges a bit easier, we created a series of Getting Started videos. These short introductions walk through the coding platforms used in our Beginner and Intermediate challenges, helping students become familiar with each platform’s layout and tools before diving into the lessons.
